Viktoria Camp is the Co-Founder and CEO of Affinect, a hospitality technology company helping restaurants, cafés, beach clubs, and leisure venues turn real-world guest engagement into consent-based customer data, retention, and measurable commercial outcomes.

Her background combines F&B operations, hospitality technology, and customer engagement, with experience across the UAE and wider GCC. This gives her a practical view of digital transformation from both sides: the operational reality inside venues and the technology required to make guest data usable at scale.

At Affinect, Viktoria leads product, growth, and commercial strategy. The platform helps hospitality brands identify guests through in-venue touchpoints, build owned customer databases, segment audiences, automate campaigns, and connect marketing activity to return visits. More broadly, Affinect is exploring how physical hospitality spaces can become smarter engagement environments in which guest experience, data, and revenue performance work together.

Viktoria’s perspective on AI-driven hospitality is deliberately practical. She believes AI and automation will only create lasting value when they are built on accurate first-party data, clear consent, operational adoption, and measurable outcomes. Her focus is on helping hospitality businesses move beyond generic digital tools and towards systems that improve guest relationships, team efficiency, and long-term commercial performance.
