Steffi Chollet

Senior Director of Marketing - Commercial, EMEA, Marriott International

Steffi Chollet is the Senior Director of Commercial Marketing for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Marriott International, where she leads strategic initiatives that drive commercial growth across brands, hotels and programs throughout the region.

With over 16 years at Marriott and 19 years living in the Middle East, Steffi brings extensive regional and on-the-ground experience. She was part of the opening team for JW Marriott Marquis Dubai in 2012, helped shape pre-opening marketing at continent level, and most recently led F&B Marketing for EMEA before taking on an expanded role spanning all ancillary segments such as meetings, events, golf and spa.

Originally from Germany, Steffi is passionate about hospitality and believes deeply in the power of operations and marketing teams working together to unlock commercial performance and elevate guest experiences.
