Stefania Chica-Jacome

Director of Sustainability, Kerzner International

Stefania Chica-Jacome is the Director of Sustainability at Kerzner International, leading the group’s sustainability strategy across a global portfolio of luxury hospitality destinations in 11 countries. She specialises in climate strategy, sustainable procurement and Scope 3 emissions, with a particular focus on embedding ESG considerations into operational and commercial decision-making.

With experience spanning both consultancy and in-house leadership, Stefania has worked with international organisations on carbon reporting, science-based targets, supplier engagement and sustainability performance. Her work today focuses on helping hospitality businesses move beyond ambition statements to implement practical sustainability initiatives that deliver operational impact and long-term value.

Stefania holds an MSc in Sustainability and Environmental Economics and is a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) and Full Member of the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (ISEP).
