Beginning his career as a chef, Scott rose through the ranks of world-class kitchens and international hotel brands, eventually transitioning into senior leadership roles. Along the way, he has launched award-winning concepts, driven operational transformation and built high-performing teams that deliver both guest satisfaction and strong financial returns. He is a vocal advocate for evolving the industry toward more immersive, experience-driven dining.
