A highly accomplished culinary leader, Reno has significantly contributed to the food and beverage sectors of major organisations, notably Emirates Flight Catering and NEOM. During his tenure at Emirates Flight Catering, Reno excelled as an Executive Chef, managing extensive culinary operations for the commercial division, overseeing multiple outlets and spearheading menu innovation and brand development. His responsibilities also included the planning and execution of high-profile & high-volume events like Expo, CCA and more.

Currently, heading the Culinary Systems & Logistics Department for the food services at NEOM, Reno is instrumental in shaping the culinary landscape of its communities. This involves creating culinary strategies, planning new facilities, developing diverse menu concepts for a multicultural population and implementing sustainable practices.
