Originally coming from The Netherlands, Scott is a culinary professional with over twenty years of experience within the hospitality industry. Scott obtained his Diploma in Hotel and Operations Management in Durban, South Africa.
Since then, he has worked internationally with renowned hotel brands and alongside Michelin star chefs, bringing accolades to a flagship hotel in Amsterdam. A major part of his career was spent re-concepting restaurants and re-designing kitchens for various hotel venues and standalone restaurants as Culinary Director for Gorgeous Group.
Since 2019 Scott has led the culinary discipline for Rotana hotels worldwide and works hand-in-hand with the project team on food & beverage concept design for Rotana’s existing inventory and pipeline.
