Gaurav Vijh is a global digital, eCommerce and loyalty executive with over 20 years of experience across luxury hospitality, technology and digital transformation. As Global Vice President for Raffles & Fairmont at Accor, he leads strategies focused on accelerating digital growth, strengthening customer engagement and loyalty and delivering seamless, personalised guest experiences across two of the world’s leading luxury hospitality brands.

Throughout his career, Gaurav Vijh has held senior digital and eCommerce leadership positions across Accor, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Hilton, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Yahoo and Jumeirah. His experience spans digital transformation, performance marketing, eCommerce, customer acquisition and retention, digital platforms, distribution, loyalty and data-driven commercial strategy.

With an MBA specialising in Marketing and Finance from SP Jain School of Global Management and a strong financial background, he combines commercial discipline with a passion for innovation, emerging technology and customer experience to drive sustainable growth and measurable business impact.
