Dor Win Tan

Director of Development, Roshn Group – A PIF Company

Dor Win Tan has over 20 years of experience working on complex mixed-use developments across Singapore, Hong Kong, Mainland China and now Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He is the former Corporate Director of Design & Construction for Taubman Asia, with a strong and successful track record in building teams and delivering projects in Asia. He was also previously with Capitaland and involved in the conceptual design of two landmark projects one in Singapore (Jewel at Changi Airport) and China (Raffles City Chongqing).

Dor Win Tan holds an MBA (specialised in real estate) from the National University of Singapore.

Dor Win Tan is currently at Roshn Group as Director of Development to shape the residential communities and mixed-use developments to enhance the lives of our residents and in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
