Cocktail Function Sponsorship

Exclusive naming rights and product placement makes this YOUR cocktail evening…

• You work with the Executive Chef to come up with a suitable cocktail and canapés menu that includes your products
• You can bring in talented mixologists or product specialists to help promote your brands
• For non-food products or services, we work on product placement and brand recognition
• Your logo is on all signage for the evening
• Option to have five minutes at the beginning of the function to address the impressive audience of senior decision making buyers from the industry’s most prestigious hotel and restaurant brands, or have one-to-one tasting sessions in private booths, or you can play promotional images on screens around the room to further promote your products – we are open to ideas to make sure you gain the most exposure

Coffee Break Function Sponsorship

Private Presentation Room

The benefit of the Presentation Room is that you can decorate it as you wish, displaying and using as much product as you like. The Presentation Room becomes your private area to conduct your meetings with the senior decision making buyers, so you can give them the ultimate experience of your products during your meetings.

Inclusions:

• Approximately 5m x 8m breakout room very close to the Ballroom
• Screen and projector for your presentation
• Tables, chairs and equipment as required from the hotel
• Dedicated banqueting/event staff to ensure you have everything you need at all times

Cost: €5000 on top of your delegate package

*You can bring in extra furniture, AV equipment, order food and beverage through hotel, decorate and brand the room as required.
