Dino Michael is the Senior Director of Global Restaurant Development, responsible for the development and commercial success of Hilton Worldwide’s full service and luxury brands’ restaurants and bars. His team is also responsible for developing third party relationships with world-renowned chefs and restaurateurs growing the Hilton Worldwide portfolio of successful partners.
Prior to this role, Dino was the Senior Director of Restaurant Development for EMEA & APAC where he was instrumental in leading new initiatives and supporting F&B growth in the region. Over the years, Dino was also a part of the European F&B Operations team leading a large portfolio of hotels in the United Kingdom and introducing wide ranging programs to re-invent the division.
Dino is a British national with more than 20 years experience in the restaurant and hotel industry having held senior positions across a number of high profile venues in the UK ranging from branded operations to fine dining. His background in both sectors has given him a strong network which will prove invaluable to our Food & Beverage development. His experience includes Accor and Guoman Hotels, along with internationally established brands such as Giraffe Concepts and as an independent consultant for a variety of clients.
