Ally Northfield is the Managing Director of Revenue by Design, a company providing revenue generating services to the hospitality industry, including revenue management outsource services, training in all aspects of revenue optimisation across all profit centres in the hospitality industry, including rooms, meeting and events and food and beverage. Ally is also the co-founder of the Global Revenue Forum conference held in multiple locations across Europe.

She leads a team of revenue management specialists providing outsourced revenue management services to the hospitality industry and is the principal author of the Revenue by Design revenue management training programmes delivered through the company’s training portal, Revenue Academy.

Known for her ability to simplify the communication of complex business processes, she guides her team of revenue management specialists in the provision of revenue management services tailored to the needs of hotels that want to tap in to a wealth of skills from experts, or simply providing the flexibility to buy in services whenever they want.
